Mixed Feelings About This Stay.
The room's temperature control was not effective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. This made it difficult to relax during the day, and the disturbances started early each morning. I found this quite disappointing. It impacted my ability to rest properly.

Really good Stay on the Upper West Side
great location friendly staff comfortable bed
The location is near various food options and subway lines. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I received an upgrade to a suite, it had a comfortable bed. The piano lounge bar downstairs had a great atmosphere.
Two windows did not have blackout curtains, so sunlight entered the room early.

paper thin walls constant noise
The location near the subway was acceptable.
The room was too noisy. I heard neighbors talking and laughing. I also heard housekeepers opening and closing doors. It was as if they were in my room.
